Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave practitioner with empty appointment time slot. We may have also had to turn away other clients that could have used that appointment time. Due to this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged cancellation fees.
Pleased be advised that to cancel any appointment we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees.
For all appointments cancelled with less than 24hours' notice, a missed appointment fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate will be charged.
A credit card will be required to secure all appointment bookings. Please note that once an appointment is booked - unless we hear otherwise - we'll expect you to be there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged 50% of service rate for the intended appointment.
